... Gas Pilot Trouble Shooting Operations
If you encounter difficulty in lighting your pilot, please follow these guidelines:

Turn off the main burner using the wall switch, or remote. |

Push the red/black ignition button repeatedly, is there a spark being created? If not, you may need to call a Customer Care Representative to schedule service to your unit. |

Check to ensure that the gas is on. |
| D |
Test for adequate fuel in the line by holding a lit match to the pilot while pushing the pilot control knob in. If the flame of the match is disturbed without lighting, then you have air in your gas supply. Follow the procedures for the initial or seasonal start up listed above. IF the flame of the match does not move, reconfirm that the gas lines are connected and turned on. If they are open, yet the appliance does not ignite then please call our office to schedule service. |
